- Minimum 3 years as a real estate paralegal or conveyancer
- Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate is an asset
- Familiarity with trust accounting and billing
- Experience managing own files

Job Description:
- Ability to handle all aspects of a real estate transaction from start to finish
- Review of titles and contracts
- Drafting of sale and sale conveyancing documents
- Communication with clients and third parties
- General clerical and office administration duties such as handling mail, arranging couriers, ordering supplies, filing, photocopying, and reception duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a legal assistant with legal drafting experience.
- Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate is an asset
- Experience with drafting estate planning and estate administration documents
- Familiarity with trust accounting and billing
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Confident and self-motivated

- Impeccable proofreading, excellent grammar, and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including MS office
Job Description:
- Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements and other estate planning documents
- Preparing probate forms
- Communicating with clients including scheduling appointments, follow up emails and drafting reporting letters
- Communicating with third parties such as other lawyers, accountants, insurance companies and court clerks
- Electronic and physical file opening, maintenance, organization and Diarization
- Billing
- General clerical and office administration duties such as handling mail, arranging couriers, ordering supplies, filing, photocopying, and reception duties as needed.
